IO Manager: add a discovered device to monitoring, then choose its connection state, last seen time, address or any discovered attribute and make each one a tag.
Discovery: monitored devices stay current for Bluetooth, mDNS, SSDP and network scan devices, and a device goes offline after it stops answering.
Bluetooth: a paired device reports whether it is connected.
Discovery: mDNS and SSDP scans reach the local network on self-hosted Linux nodes. On those nodes, remote edge adapters for these two scanners are not available.
Bug Fixes
HTTP: a response stored in a file field is saved as a file, which fixes Google Text-to-Speech audio that was refused and requested again.
IO Manager: Discovery finds scanners installed after it started, with no restart.
