Server-side audio plays clips to the end

Bug Fixes

• Audio Output: sounds longer than two seconds now play to the end. Before, they stopped at two seconds and were still reported as played.
• Audio Output: a clip that finished playing is no longer reported as a failure, and the speaker connection no longer shows as lost afterwards.
• Audio Output: very short sounds no longer stall the speaker's play queue.
• Audio Output: a clip that cannot finish playing now reports an error.
