Extensions: audio files that come with an extension now install with their content. Before, they installed empty, and the install still reported success. Updating an affected extension fills the files in.

Audio Output: each clip now starts with half a second of silence and a larger playback buffer, so a Bluetooth speaker that is slow to wake is less likely to lose the first words. Stopping a clip can take up to half a second.
