Rule chain Switch cases for tag triggers

Bug Fixes

• Rule chains: a Switch node connected to a Trigger on a tag now fills in cases for the tag's value: On and Off for a true/false tag, Above 0 and Below 0 for a number, Empty and Not empty for text. Before, it kept placeholder cases that never matched. Binding the Trigger to another tag replaces the generated cases.
• Logs: the gateway's startup cleanup of tool connections writes its warnings through the same log routing as the rest of the gateway.
